Rock Hill Capital Group Announces Final Close of Second Fund

HOUSTON (July 31, 2013)—Rock Hill Capital Group LLC ("Rock Hill"), a Houston-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the final closing of Rock Hill Capital II, LP ("Fund II") with $87.7 million in capital commitments. Fund II is the successor fund to Rock Hill Capital I, LP ("Fund I") and continues a similar investment strategy.

Rock Hill continues to provide the same confidence investors experienced in Fund I to investors in Fund II. Using the assets
raised through Fund II, Rock Hill will continue to seek to partner
with entrepreneurial owners seeking the capital and strategic
guidance necessary to help them achieve desired growth.
