Ace, founded by its management team in 2014 and headquartered in Katy, Texas, provides gathering and reclamation services through two separate wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ace Gathering, Inc. (“Ace Gathering”) and Maker’s Oil Corporation (“Maker’s”). Ace Gathering offers crude oil gathering services with its top-of-the-line fleet of trucks and trailers as well as crude oil marketing services for customers ranging from small, independent producers to large majors. In May 2016, Ace acquired Maker’s, a crude reclamation and tank cleaning business with over two decades of operating history. Maker’s offers oilfield waste cleanup and waste oil removal services for salt water disposal wells, crude oil production tanks, pipelines, and marine barges. The combined companies have over 90 employees with locations in Somerville, Corpus Christi, Giddings, Swinney Switch, Odessa, and Katy, Texas.

Applied Global Technologies, headquartered in Rockledge, Florida, is a leading provider in the videoconferencing managed services space with offices in Rockledge, Florida, Kennesaw, Georgia, and Chantilly, Virginia. Founded in 1993 by two Georgia Tech engineering students, the company has developed unique capabilities for integrating high-end videoconferencing systems.

AGT integrates highly-complex, multimillion dollar, projects for Fortune 1000 companies, military organizations and state/federal agencies. The company has developed its own line of award-winning videoconferencing equipment and provides video conferencing services through PerfectMeetingsTM Managed Video which allows customers to cost-effectively connect group video systems and desktop users.

Big City Access Holdings, LLC (“BCA”), was started in 2002 by Founder and President, Barbara Roberts, and is headquartered in Houston, Texas with an additional office in Universal City, Texas. The Company provides a broad array of commercial scaffolding rental equipment and services, including frame, system and suspended scaffolds, safety and bridge access equipment, and erection, dismantling and inspection services for its customers. Mrs. Roberts and her leadership team draw on over 150 years of combined industry experience to provide best-in-class equipment and services across Texas and the Gulf Coast. BCA is one of only three accredited training institutes recognized by the Scaffold & Access Industry Association in the state of Texas, a distinction held by only 52 companies across the United States. Additionally, subsequent to closing, former President and CEO of Safway Services, Marc J. Wilson, will serve as a strategic advisor and Board Member of the Company.

Blackhawk, headquartered in Houston, Texas, provides premium automated top drive cement heads and related equipment and services to both deep water oil and gas drilling applications in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and land-based drilling.

Blackhawk designs, manufactures and rents highly-engineered cement heads in various sizes and pressure ratings. Blackhawk was founded in April 2008 and has quickly grown to become a leading supplier of cement equipment to the U.S. Gulf of Mexico for exploration and production drilling.

Core International of Houston, Texas, supplies highly engineered rubber components and supply chain solutions to a variety of end-use markets including energy, heavy truck and trailer, flow control, general infrastructure, waterworks, aerospace and marine companies.

Core has developed a reputation for expertise in supplying large format, tight tolerance parts for mission critical applications in blowout preventers. The company’s expertise is particularly sought after for complex projects such as nuclear facilities and large infrastructure projects, among others. Core’s founders boast over six decades of experience in the natural and synthetic rubber component business.

Diversified Well Logging, based in Reserve, Louisiana, is a leading provider of well-site service capabilities in the U.S. oil and gas industry, primarily in onshore gas basins and offshore in the shallow and deep water Gulf of Mexico.

DWL’s mud logging services collect information in real-time to optimize drilling paths to maximize reserve recovery and production. Additionally, mud logging improves drilling rates, reduces costs and enhances safety. DWL uses an array of reliable sensors, hardware and software to gather and evaluate data for drilling efficiency, geologic control, formation evaluation and safety. These services also provide clients with real-time access to rig site data from any location. DWL operates from locations in Reserve, Louisiana, Corpus Christi, Texas, and Eighty-Four, Pennsylvania.

JPH Holdings, LLC (“JP Services”), based in The Woodlands, Texas, is a premier provider of integrity testing services in the south-central United States. The Company was founded in 2011 by CEO, Justin Peter. JPS’ mission is to improve the safety standards applied to pressure testing in an effort to identify leaks, mitigate risks, and prevent pipeline threats. The Company offers hydrostatic pressure testing, pneumatic pressure testing, pigging and certified torqueing services to its midstream clients. JP Services currently operates out of three locations in Texas: Houston / Gulfcoast, Midland / West Texas and the Eagleford / South Texas. JPS prides itself on the culture of safety it has embedded throughout the organizational structure.

LQC Pipe and Supply was founded in 2008 by Frank "Skip" Spinale and in 2012, his business partner, Tim Rodabaugh, joined the company. LQC inventories and distributes carbon steel, stainless steel and special alloy pipes, valves and fittings which are applicable in nearly all natural gas related infrastructure projects and downstream turnaround projects. LQC has become the preferred vendor for many large engineering and construction companies because of its unwavering service-oriented approach.

Big Lake Services, now a part of Nine Energy Service, is headquartered in Midland, Texas and provides workover, completion and maintenance services to oil and gas exploration companies in the Permian Basin and surrounding areas. BLS was founded in 2006 and has grown its fleet from three units to 22 well service rigs at the time of Rock Hill’s investment.

The company’s management team has more than 150 years of oilfield experience, the majority of which has been spent in the Permian Basin. BLS customers are some of the most prolific exploration and production companies in the region, and many have been BLS customers since its inception. With more than 150,000 producing wells in the Permian Basin, BLS is well positioned to service this attractive market.

U.S. Industrial Holdings, LLC d/b/a Patriot Construction (“Patriot” or the “Company”) was founded in 2010 by Michael Hensgens, Cody Fortier, and Mickey Suire to provide infrastructure services for the industrial, commercial, and oilfield market sectors. The Company is headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, with projects and operations across Louisiana, East and Southeast Texas. Patriot’s primary service offering consists of site preparation work including: clearing & grubbing, leveling & grading, earth moving, soil stabilization, drainage structures, water / sewer installation, and paving. Patriot’s team and equipment are capable of a number of other services including: foundations, pile driving, channel construction, dredging, and environmental remediation. Additionally, Patriot generates revenue through sand / dirt material sales and from material handling services for the byproducts of sugar mills.

Rail Service & Logistics, LLC (“RLS”), headquartered in St. Louis, is a railroad services provider specializing in the removal and disposal of wooden railroad ties as a part of the railroad industry’s annual maintenance programs. RLS's historical operating region is in Louisiana and Alabama and has recently expanded into Nevada and Oregon through the acquisition of RTS. The Company coordinates and works in concert with railroad track maintenance teams collecting, cataloging, and disposing of decommissioned railroad ties at the Company’s four grinding facilities.

SouthWaste Services of Houston, Texas, provides non-hazardous liquid waste collection, processing and disposal services. SouthWaste was founded in 2005 by a group of private investors. The company has since completed eight acquisitions and extended its operations to include facilities in Houston, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Lubbock, Texas, as well as Orlando, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. Typical waste streams handled by SouthWaste include grease, grit, wastewater, sewage, sludge and leachate.

Tideland Signal Corp., based in Houston, Texas, offers marine aids-to-navigation (“AtoN”) systems worldwide. With offices located in the U.S., Canada, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, China and the United Kingdom, Tideland is the world’s largest provider of a full suite of AtoN products and services including lanterns, buoys, radio aids, audible aids and related installation and repair services.

Its products include rotationally molded polyethylene buoys, self-contained LED lanterns, conventional LED lanterns, range lights, fog signals, fog detectors, solar power systems, rotating beacons, Racons and customized remote monitoring systems. One area of substantial growth has been its service business maintaining and repairing AtoN systems for coast guards, port authorities and other governmental entities.
