Randall B. Hale
Mr. Hale is responsible for managing all aspects of the investment activities of the Fund including capital raising, deal sourcing and investment management of portfolio companies. Rock Hill currently has investments in ten operating companies servicing a variety of industries. Mr. Hale currently serves as a Director of seven of the Rock Hill portfolio companies.

Ryan W. Shelton
Ryan Shelton assists in investment opportunity evaluation and portfolio management. He formerly acted as an assistant vice president for the middle market commercial lending group at Amegy Bank. He earned bachelor’s degrees from Texas Tech University, in finance/general business and in agriculture and applied economics.
Director
Collin J. Tabor
Collin Tabor assists in investment opportunity evaluation, financial modeling and portfolio management. Prior to joining Rock Hill, Mr. Tabor was an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group of RBC Capital Markets, where he was involved in various mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings, and strategic advisory assignments.
